abstract As the ultraviolet scattering agent, gold, platinum or silver nanoparticles are deposited on zinc oxide or titanium dioxide powder which reflects ultraviolet rays on the skin, and ultraviolet rays are mixed with water-soluble vitamins, useful vitamins, polymer peptides, polymer polysaccharides or sphingogly lipids (A) introducing any one of zinc oxide or titanium dioxide powder or a mixed powder thereof into a stirring tank in a vacuum deposition chamber, (b) performing a vacuum deposition process (C) adding at least one of the zinc oxide or titanium dioxide powder or the mixed powder thereof to the stirring tank in the step (a) to a stirring blade (D) using an evaporation source provided in the vacuum deposition chamber, Or platinum as nano-sized evaporation particles, and (e) depositing the evaporation particles on the powder to be stirred in the step (c), thereby maximizing the effect of ultraviolet blocking have.
