abstract The present invention relates to a system for guiding the use of cosmetics with a skin measurement sensor, which includes the sensor for skin state measurement, outputs a cosmetics use signal based on a skin state, and is capable of providing cosmetics recommendation information and a management method depending on a result of the skin measurement by communicating with an application installed on a mobile phone. The system for guiding the use of cosmetics with the skin measurement sensor according to the present invention includes: a sensor unit mounted on a cosmetic container or a skin care product container and including a moisture sensor for skin moisture measurement; a wireless communication unit for transmitting information detected by the sensor unit; and a portable terminal including a display and a speaker and outputting the information detected by the sensor unit and transmitted by the wireless communication unit.
