titleOfInvention Method and apparatus of pipe cleaning by electrolysis
abstract The present invention relates to a device and a method to clean a pipe by using electrolysis, capable of increasing the solubility of scale, accumulated in a cleaning pipe due to a turbulent flow of fluids, by inducing byproducts in a micro-gas state, including chlorine gas which is an oxidizing germicide, to form microbubbles by making an electrolysis reaction to cleaning water, produced by using salt and hydrochloric acid to contain chlorine ions at not less than predetermined concentration, weakening combinational force of the scale through the frictional movement cleaning of the microbubbles and oxidizing sterilization by chlorine, and effectively removing and discharging pollutants such as bacterium in a microorganism layer out of the pipe. In order to achieve the purpose, the pipe cleaning device using electrolysis comprises: a cleaning water producing unit supplying cleaning water by producing the cleaning water by using salt and hydrochloric acid to make the water have a proper acidic state and chlorine ion concentration; a cleaning water supply unit comprising a cleaning water storage tank, a cleaning water supply pump, a cleaning water direction change valve controlling a cleaning water supply direction, and an injector; an electrolysis reaction generating unit including a DC power supply device supplying DC power, and an electrode tube module made to maintain fixed gaps between networked positive and negative electrode tubes; and a control panel making an electrolysis reaction automatically and periodically turned on and off. As such, the present invention is capable of effectively achieving pipe-cleaning.
