abstract | The present invention provides a method of manufacturing processed meat containing a medicinal herb extract, which includes the following steps: inserting at least one from 15 to 25 parts of by weight of horny goat weeds, 15 to 25 parts of by weight of Lespedeza cuneatas, 15 to 25 parts of by weight of chive seeds, 15 to 25 parts of by weight of cornus fruits, 15 to 25 parts of by weight of matrimony vines, 15 to 25 parts of by weight of eucommia barks, 15 to 25 parts of by weight of wilfordi roots, 15 to 25 parts of by weight of steamed Rehmannia roots, and 90 to 120 parts of by weight of Salicornia herbacea into an herbal material bag; inserting the herbal material bag into a high temperature extractor at a temperature of 100C to 120C for 2 to 3 hours together with 1,500 to 3,000 parts by weight of water so as to produce an herbal extract; cooling the herbal extract at a temperature of -5C to -1C for 4 to 5 hours; mixing 1 to 2.5 parts by weight of the herbal extract, 90 to 97 parts by weight of raw meat, and 1 to 2.5 parts by weight of a curing agent; and aging the raw meat mixed with the herbal extract at a temperature of -5C to -2C for 12 to 24 hours. In addition, the present invention provides processed meat containing the herbal extract manufactured by the method of manufacturing processed meat containing a medicinal herbal extract. |
