Wherein the siloxane polymer comprises a first compound having the formula SiR 1 a R 2 4-a , wherein a is 1 to 3, R 1 is a reactive group, and R 2 is an alkyl or aryl group. And a second compound having the formula SiR 3 b R 4 c R 5 4- (b + c) , wherein R 3 is a crosslinking functional group, R 4 is a reactor, and R 5 is an alkyl or aryl group, wherein b = 1 to 2, c = 1 to (4-b). The siloxane polymer may be used in a final composition comprising from 5 to 100 weight percent siloxane polymer and from 0 to 95 weight percent filler (e.g., microparticles, nanoparticles, nanowires, etc.) . Siloxane polymer compositions are useful in a variety of applications such as die attach adhesives, encapsulants, optical coatings, protective coatings, and other applications of adhesives, for example semiconductor (e.g. LED) packaging applications. |
