Kits and compositions for quantifying peptides and / or proteins, which are particularly useful for mass spectrometry, based on bacqueprophyl phosgene disodium salt hydrate complexes, are provided herein . This method is a one-step rapid absorption method using a small sample volume. It produces a robust signal with a high signal-to-background ratio and accurately quantifies complex peptide mixtures with low variability and high sensitivity. |
