abstract |
The present invention provides an underwater type emulsion composition and a cosmetic composition which are free of a powdery feeling and have a moist and refreshing feel without use of a surfactant by using a spherical polylactic acid powder to prepare a pickling emulsion. (a) a spherical polylactic acid powder having an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 1.5 占 퐉 and a particle diameter of 90% by volume or more of the total particles of 3 占 퐉 or less, (b) an oil component, and (c) And an oil-in-water type emulsion composition is obtained by not containing a surfactant. By using this, a desired cosmetic material is obtained. |
