abstract The present invention relates to a method for analyzing metabolic changes by TSPO (translocator protein) in a cell, and more particularly, to a method for analyzing a metabolic change by TSPO (translocator protein) -TOFMS, and provide the final phenotype for the function of TSPO. The method of analyzing the metabolites by TSPO of the present invention can identify the metabolic structure and secretion change pattern by TSPO according to treatment with TSPO ligand (PK11195), so that identification of specific metabolites changed after TSPO ligand treatment is performed, Can be used as a marker for the metabolic regulation of TSPO by presenting the final phenotype for the function of TSPO which has not yet been clarified.
