titleOfInvention | Aqueous metal-surface treatment agent and metal material |
abstract | Disclosed is an aqueous metal surface treatment agent for forming a surface treated film excellent in adhesiveness and adhesion maintaining ability of a chemical agent, which can prevent peeling of a metal material, a laminate film or a resin coating film. (Solution) The above object is solved by an aqueous metal surface treatment agent containing a polyisocyanate compound (A) containing at least two blocked isocyanate groups. The treatment agent may further contain one or two selected from a crosslinkable organic compound (B1) having a functional group capable of reacting with the isocyanate group and a crosslinkable inorganic compound (B2) having an element capable of reacting with the isocyanate group, It is preferable to contain at least one crosslinking compound (B). The polyisocyanate compound (A) is preferably a urethane prepolymer blocked with a bisulfite. |
