The present invention relates to an anti-aging, skin-whitening and anti-wrinkle cosmetic composition comprising low molecular ginsenoside obtained by separating a red ginseng extract extracted from fermented red ginseng. The cosmetic composition containing low molecular ginsenoside as an active ingredient is manufactured by the following steps: 1) extracting an extract of fermented red ginseng; 2) concentrating the extract; and 3) separating and obtaining low molecular ginsenoside from the concentrated extract. The cosmetic composition can obtain anti-aging, skin-whitening and anti-wrinkle effects when being applied to the skin. |
