The present invention relates to an antimicrobial composition comprising a semi-carbonized wood extract and a method for producing the antimicrobial composition, which comprises a semi-carbonization treatment of an oak and an ethanol extraction of the semi-carbonized oak, The present invention relates to a method for extracting banyan fire which has excellent activity against ginseng gray mold and ginseng spotty disease, and a method for producing an extract having antimicrobial activity against ginseng fungus fungus. Since the ethanol extract extracted from the semi-carbonized oak according to the present invention exhibits an antimicrobial activity against the ginseng-fungus fungus, it can be useful for inhibiting the growth of gray mold and spotty fungus that develop in ginseng cultivation. |
