The present invention relates to a sweet potato rice cake containing omega-3 fatty acid and, more specifically, to a sweet potato rice cake containing omega-3 fatty acid, which is produced by using sweet potatoes having rich nutrition as a main ingredient, is easily stored and carried, and can instantly take in without cooking. The sweet potato rice cake is obtained by the following steps: mixing 55 to 65 wt% of sweet potato powder obtained by peeling, boiling, and pulverizing sweet potato, 22 wt% of rice powder, 1 wt% of carrot, 1 wt% of chive, 10 to 20 wt% of agar-agar, 1 wt% of salt, and 1 to 5 wt% of water-soluble flaxseed oil; molding the mixture into a certain shape; putting the mixture into a steamer; and cooking the mixture. |
