titleOfInvention | Method for producing amphoteric polyacrylamide with graft structure as dry strengthening agent |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing a graft structure amphoteric ion polyacrylamide-based paper strength strengthening agent. More specifically, the method comprises: an amphoteric ion polymer producing step of producing an amphoteric ion polymer by radical-polymerizing amphoteric ion monomers; and a graft copolymer producing step of producing a copolymer having an ion group omnipresent and disposed therein by mixing the amphoteric ion polymer, acrylamide, cross-linking monomers, and ionic monomers. The paper strength strengthening agent according to the present invention forms a strong poly-ion complex structure in a paper producing condition, so the viscosity of a diluted liquid and the size of particles can be increased according to an increase in a molecular structure. Accordingly, settling properties with respect to a pulp fiber are improved, and paper strength can be enhanced. |
