abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing biodiesel from microalgae, comprising: a first step of growing and culturing microalgae for a predetermined period; A second step of applying pressure stress to the microalgae for a certain period of time to convert the polar lipid bound to the cell membrane into the form of triglyceride; And a third step of converting biodiesel from triglyceride to biodiesel. Since the present invention can accumulate large amounts of triglyceride-containing lipid droplets (LDs), it is possible to greatly reduce the oil extraction cost of the previous step for biodiesel production. Thus, it is possible to produce biodiesel from microalgae at a low cost and industrially applicable scale. |
