abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing arthritis and a kit for diagnosing arthritis. Provided is a novel biomarker for diagnosing rheumarthritis. The method for diagnosing arthritis comprises the steps of: (a) detecting expression degrees of genes or proteins of serotonin in a biological sample; and (c) comparing expression of mRNA or proteins of serotonin with a control group, and determining arthritis in the case of up-regulation. |
