The present invention relates to a kit for detecting nucleic acids using nanoparticles and a nucleic acid detection method, and more particularly, to a nucleic acid detection method comprising amplifying and labeling nucleic acid, capturing the nucleic acid as nanoparticles, and centrifuging the nucleic acid.
