titleOfInvention the portable oxygen supply system for the Prevention of suffocation
abstract The present invention relates to a mobile oxygen supply system for preventing asphyxia resulting from the lack of oxygen during working in a closed space and, more particularly, to forestalling a severe disaster such as asphyxia by supplying fresh air from an air compressor while notifying a worker of emergency by means of warning light and a warning sound based on a signal from a sensor detecting the emergency in the form of a decline in oxygen concentration during working in a closed space. The present invention includes: a sensor unit (11) made up of sensors detecting the concentration of oxygen in air in a closed space; a warning output unit (12) made up of warning light (12b) and an alarm (12a) generating a warning sound based on a detection signal of the sensor unit (11); an oxygen concentration detector (1) made up of a control unit (10) analyzing the signal of the sensor unit (11) and performing control such that the warning output unit (12) provides a notification on the lack of oxygen and a power supply unit (13) supplying power to each of the above-described units; and an air compressor (2) opening and closing air injection with an electronic valve (22a) mounted on a discharge pipe (22) of a pressure container (20) where outside air is compressed by a compression pump (21) and stored. When the oxygen concentration is equal to or less than a set value after the detection by the sensor unit (11), the electronic valve (22a) is opened based on a signal from the control unit (10). Then, the compressed air is injected into the closed space and a disaster attributable to the lack of oxygen can be prevented.
