abstract |
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for oral administration, which ensures increased stability of cabergoline by containing cabergoline and one or two types of diluting agents selected among microcrystalline cellulose or a cellulose derivative. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof. The pharmaceutical composition for oral administration resolves an issue associated with reduction in efficacy and contents of cabergoline, increases content stability and content stability of drugs, and lowers a risk of adverse effects due to impurities. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention is able to provide cabergoline preparation which is useful in a form of stabilized formulation, enables distribution and preservation of the drug for a long period of time, and thus can be widely applied industrially. |
