abstract | The present invention relates to a medium composition for cultivating Cordyceps militaris and a cultivation method of Cordyceps militaris and, more specifically, to a medium composition for cultivating Cordyceps militaris, which uses peptides instead of an existing host insect such as silkworm, and a cultivation method of Cordyceps militaris. In the present invention, provided is a medium composition for cultivating Cordyceps militaris, comprising 5 to 40 wt% of peptides having the average molecular weight of 400 to 10,000 with respect to the total medium, and a cultivation method of Cordyceps militaris using the same. According to the present invention, the yield and productivity of Cordyceps militaris can be greatly increased, and the content of cordycepin is greatly increased, thereby increasing a value of the produced Cordyceps militaris, and greatly improving the productivity of cordycepin. |
