The present invention relates to a novel and useful pharmaceutical composition formulated with a cyclodextrin compound and a vedesonide derivative for the treatment and / or prevention of pulmonary inflammatory diseases. The present invention also relates to new and useful analytical techniques for the detection and quantification of HP-ss-CD in solution. More particularly, the present invention relates to the use of proven 1H NMR analysis for the detection and quantitation of cyclodextrins directly in pharmaceutical formulations without any extraction or separation steps for liquid formulations. |
