titleOfInvention Process Composite and Sound Absorbing Meterials based Kenaf board Using Natural Pulp And Cotton
abstract This design is based on the kenaf board, which is made by impregnating and drying a nonwoven fabric finely cut and dried in kenaf, which is a seed plant belonging to the family Eucalyptus, in an inorganic binder, and is made of natural pulp mixed with an adhesive, a flame retardant, a foaming agent, (1) Apply a natural pulp fiber sound absorbing material by spraying or plastering method. ② Apply the applied surface to the kenafboard surface, or press the applied surface through a mold or roller with a pattern to increase the sound absorption rate by increasing the sound absorption rate. The present invention relates to a manufacturing system for producing a multifunctional composite sound absorber that exhibits a smooth natural texture of natural fiber surfaces and pulp on the surface to maximize the interior effect and added with surface treatment, dyeing and functionality.
