The present invention relates to novel Pseudomonas sp. sp . ) SDY3 strain, which was obtained by isolating, identifying, and screening a number of strains isolated from various oil contaminated soils. These strains were obtained by selecting the most rapidly growing oil-degrading strains for the selected strains, and are characterized by exhibiting fast degradation rate and excellent resolution even in high concentration diesel of 2% (v / v). The strain is effective in removing oil by an environmentally friendly method that is stable, economical, and free from secondary contamination in oil-contaminated soils. |
