The present invention provides a light emitting device comprising at least one light emitting layer between an anode and a cathode, the light emitting layer comprising a host and a phosphorescent dopant, wherein the host comprises a plurality of host compounds, 1 host compound has an amine-carbazole structure substituted with naphthyl-phenyl and aryl, and the second host compound has a di-C-benzocarbazole structure including nitrogen-containing heteroaryl. Device. According to the present invention, by using a plurality of kinds of hosts as compared with a conventional organic electroluminescent element using one kind of host compound, an organic electroluminescent element with high efficiency and long life can be provided even at high luminance. |
