abstract The present invention relates to a method for identifying blueberry varieties using a micro-satellite primer set and, more specifically, to a method for identifying blueberry varieties using a micro-satellite primer set for identifying blueberry varieties having polymorphism in 31 varieties of blueberries collected in Korea. By using the primer set according to the present invention as a micro-satellite marker for identifying blueberry varieties, various fields such as the identification of genuineness of a blueberry variety, the arbitration of seed dispute, and the selection of a control variety for variety protection application varieties can be greatly contributed.
