abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a tablet containing phloroglucinol anhydride as an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention relates a method for preparing an oral tablet which is obtained by mixing phloroglucinol anhydride, a disintegrating agent, and a pharmaceutically acceptable additive as active ingredients with a direct compression method. The tablet prepared thereby can be rapidly disintegrated by saliva in an oral cavity. According to the method of the present invention, chemical stability of formulation can be highly improved and the storage stability thereof is excellent by using an additive with excellent active ingredients and compatibility and blocking drugs for the process of preparation from moisture. |
