Novel glucose derivative, and cell imaging method and imaging agent using said derivative |
abstract |
It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel glucose derivative represented by the following formula (1), which is introduced into cells through a sugar membrane system of sugar. It is another object of the present invention to provide an imaging agent and an imaging method of a cell or an intracellular molecule using the glucose derivative. It is another object of the present invention to provide a method for highly accurately detecting cancer cells using the glucose derivative and an imaging agent for use in the method. According to the present invention, a D-glucose derivative and an L-glucose derivative in which glucose is bonded at the 7-position of a fluorescent molecule having a coumarin skeleton or a quinoline skeleton are provided. Further, an imaging agent and an imaging method of a cell using the derivative are provided. Also provided is an imaging agent and imaging method of cancer cells using the L-glucose derivative. G is a group selected from the following formulas (G1) to (G4). |
