abstract | According to an embodiment of the present invention, a semiconductor light emitting device comprises: a substrate having first and second surfaces which face each other; a light emitting structure arranged on the first surface of the substrate wherein the light emitting structure includes a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer; and a reflection unit including a first Bragg layer, a separation layer, and a second Bragg layer sequentially arranged on the second surface of the substrate. Each of the first and second Bragg layers has a different refractive index and includes a plurality of alternately laminated layers. The separation layer has a thicker thickness than each of the plurality of layers. |
