abstract | The present invention relates to a sheet for an inner face printing balloon excellent in mechanical property and a method for manufacturing the same. The sheet includes: a protective layer formed of metallocene linear low-density polyethylene; an adhesion layer formed on the protective layer; a printing layer formed on the adhesion layer; and a surface layer formed on the printing layer. The method includes: a surface layer forming step of forming a surface layer formed of polyamide; a printing layer forming step of forming a printing layer by applying a printing composition to one surface of the surface layer formed in the surface layer forming step and drying it; an adhesion layer forming step of forming an adhesion layer by applying an adhesive to the upper surface of the printing layer formed in the printing layer forming step; and a protective layer forming step of forming a protective layer by attaching a protective sheet to the upper surface of the adhesion layer formed in the adhesion layer forming step. The sheet for an inner face printing balloon manufactured through the processes described above suppresses printing layer damage and peeling and is excellent in shock resistance when produced in the form of a balloon. |
