The present invention relates to a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker for determining Yeonsan Ogye (Black Crow Fowl) varieties, and to a use thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to an SNP marker enabling determination on Yeonsan Ogye varieties, a kit enabling a quick and accurate determination of Yeonsan Ogye varieties using the SNP marker, a microarray, and a method for determining Yeonsan Ogye varieties. The application of the SNP marker of the present invention ensures quick and accurate determination of Korean chicken as well as crossbreed chicken. |
