titleOfInvention Method for producing infant formula composition for reducing fouling during sterilization processing
abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing an infant formula composition, and to an infant formula composition produced through the method. The method comprises the processes of: (process 1) mixing potassium primary phosphate, potassium secondary phosphate, and sodium hydrogen carbonate at a weight ratio of 1:10-40:1-5, and adjusting pH of a mixed mineral to 6.7 or higher; (process 2) sterilizing a mixture having pH of 6.7 or higher, wherein the mixture is firstly mixed with the pH-adjusted mineral of process 1 and a protein supply source, a hydrocarbon supply source, and a water-soluble vitamin; and (process 3) secondly mixing a fat supply source, a fat-soluble vitamin, and an emulsifier with the sterilized mixture of process 2.
