titleOfInvention | Use of Micro RNAs of miR-3615, miR-5701, miR-5581-3p, miR-4792 and miR-2467-5p for Diagnosis of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease |
abstract | The present invention provides new uses for the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) of microRNA miR-3615, miR-5701, miR-5581-3p, miR-4792 and miR-2467-5p. The microRNAs miR-3615, miR-5701, miR-5581-3p, miR-4792 and miR-2467-5p of the present invention are microRNAs having a negative correlation with related mRNAs through microRNA-mRNA integration analysis Since it is screened, it has an accurate diagnostic ability corresponding to the change of mRNA expression observed in actual COPD patients. The microRNA of the present invention can be developed as a biomarker for the diagnosis of COPD. |
