abstract |
The lipid-binding heparin of the present invention is reversibly coated on the surface of a cell, and binds to a specific ligand or various growth factors in vivo to accumulate the coated cells in specific organs or lesions, or to assist in cell growth. The heparin immobilized on the cell surface interacts with various proteins such as ligand and growth factor according to the high bioactivity of heparin, and thus the cells accumulate at a specific site when injected into blood vessels or exhibit a high growth rate when cultured. |
