The present invention relates to cubical silver phosphate (Ag_3PO_4) crystals having a (100) crystal surface, a preparation method thereof, and to a use thereof. The cubical Ag_3PO_4 crystals having the (100) crystal surface prepared according to the present invention suppress proliferation speed of E. coli, and exhibit persistent antibacterial activity. Thus, the cubical Ag_3PO_4 crystals can be applied to various fields as a silver-based antibacterial substance. |
