| abstract | The present invention relates to a preparation method of a mask sheet using a paper mulberry thread. The mask sheet using a paper mulberry thread is soft and light, and gives a user a cozy feeling by having an environment-friendly paper mulberry thread as a main material. Also, the mask sheet has excellent adhesion, and thus evenly adheres to the face while exhibiting a skin whitening effect of paper mulberry. The preparation method of the mask sheet using a paper mulberry thread comprises: a step of preparing a paper mulberry cotton by processing the skin of the paper mulberry into white skin, and finely cutting and soaking the white skin; a sorting step of removing impurities from the resultant product; a reclaiming and mixing step of reclaiming the resultant product in a raw wool form, and mixing an emulsion, a polyurea cotton, and a rayon cotton with a fixed ratio; a coloring step; a beating and tapping step of spreading the resultant product into a sheet form by beating the resultant product, and tapping the spread paper mulberry sheet; a folding and overlapping/spreading step of forming a folded paper mulberry cotton sheet by folding the resultant product to be overlapped in the longitudinal direction, and spreading the folded paper mulberry cotton sheet to be overlapped while repeatedly moving the folded paper mulberry cotton sheet in the left and right directions; a final beating and spreading step of maintaining a final paper mulberry cotton sheet and finally conducting the folding and overlapping/spreading step; a longitudinal direction cutting step of cutting the resultant product in the longitudinal direction while maintaining a constant width; a winding step of forming a paper mulberry thread by winding the paper mulberry cotton sheet cut into a fixed width with respect to the thickness of the thread and tension depending on the form of a product to be released; and a mask preparation step of preparing a mask sheet using the wound paper mulberry thread. |
