titleOfInvention | tile Printing ink composition and its using decorative tile and manufacturing method the same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a functional ink composition for tile printing, a decorative tile using the functional ink composition for tile printing, and a method for manufacturing the decorative tile using the functional ink composition for tile printing. The present invention provides a functional ink composition for tile printing comprising: a solvent which is for dissolving active components of the tile; a dispersant which is for preventing agglomeration of micro-particles of the tile; and a pigment which represents various colors of the tile in order to enable the functional ink composition for tile printing to be dissolved into a tile such that the functional ink composition for tile printing is integrated with the tile. A functional ink composition for tile printing according to the present invention is capable of improving quality and cost competitiveness by directly printing a functional ink on a finished tile (off-the-shelf product) on a computer through an inkjet printer, firing the functional ink printed on the finished tile at high temperatures such that the ink is dissolved into the tile product, thereby solving problems of existing products such as printing discoloration, decolorization, erasion, wear and others at a stroke, and simplifying the process. |
