Curable resin composition |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a curable resin composition excellent in adhesion. The curable resin composition of the present invention comprises a linear (straight chain) organopolysiloxane (A) having at least two silicon atom-bonded hydrogen atoms and at least one aryl group in one molecule and having an average degree of polymerization of more than 10 , A branched chain organopolysiloxane (B) having at least three alkenyl groups and at least one aryl group in one molecule, and a catalyst (C) for hydrosilylation reaction, wherein the straight chain organopolysiloxane Wherein the proportion of the diphenylsiloxane units in the total siloxane units containing the polysiloxane (A) and the branched-chain organopolysiloxane (B) is 10 mol% or more. |
