titleOfInvention Phenazine derivatives having anti-microfouling effects isolated from seaweed derived streptomyces
abstract The present invention relates to a culture extract of Streptomyces sp. PK-28, a marine actinomycetes derived from seaweed having an antibacterial activity, and a phenazine derivative compound isolated therefrom. In the present invention, four kinds of substances exhibiting antifouling activity from Streptomyces sp. PK-28 were analyzed by NMR and HR-MS. As a result, it was confirmed that these substances were phenazine derivatives, and in an experiment for adherent bacteria It was confirmed that it exhibits excellent anti-adhesion effect.
