abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a curable composition which is excellent in scratch resistance even when cured at a low temperature and has a high hardness, and further provides a cured film obtained by curing the above curable composition, An organic EL display device, a touch panel, and a touch panel display device. The curable composition of the present invention comprises an ethylenically unsaturated compound as component A, a polymerization initiator as component B, a mercapto compound as component C, and an organic solvent as component D, (Meth) acrylate, wherein the content of the urethane (meth) acrylate having 5 or more functional groups is 20 to 100 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the content of the component A, and the urethane (meth) (Meth) acrylate having a weight average molecular weight of 10,000 or more and urethane (meth) acrylate having a molecular weight of 5,000 or less. |
