abstract According to the present invention, provided is a manufacturing method of an induced pluripotent stem cell which is specific to a patient suffering from an autoimmune disease such as ankylosing spondylitis, Sjogrens syndrome, or systemic lupus erythematosus. The induced pluripotent stem cell is manufactured using an uninserted vector and nicotinamide, and a reprogramming factor is not inserted into a genome. The manufacturing method of an induced pluripotent stem cell can solve a problem caused as a reprogramming factor is inserted into a genome. The manufacturing method of an induced pluripotent stem cell has greatly excellent reprogramming efficiency in comparison with an existing manufacturing method, and can provide an autoimmune disease patient-specific induced pluripotent stem cell. Furthermore, according to the present invention, the induced pluripotent stem cell is developed into a target cell, and can be practically used for a personalized disease model, a drug screening method, and a cell replacement therapy. The manufacturing method of an induced pluripotent stem cell comprises the following steps: (a) transmitting a reprogramming factor to a cell isolated from an autoimmune disease patient by using uninserted vector; and (b) cultivating the cell obtained in the step (a) in a culture medium including nicotinamide.
