titleOfInvention Method of manufacturing Mg-sericite and treating method of contaminated water using the Mg-sericite
abstract According to the present invention, provided is an Mg-sericite flocculant which has desirable adsorption efficiency, and also provided is a method for treating contaminated water using Mg-sericite, which can effectively treat contaminated water, including various types of organic contaminants, inorganic contaminants and heavy metals, etc., by using the Mg-sericite. According to the present invention, the effect of flocculation of various types of organic contaminants, inorganic contaminants and heavy metals, etc. can be improved by using the Mg-sericite flocculant. Furthermore, according to the present invention, the amount of inorganic salt to be used can be reduced by using the Mg-sericite flocculant, thereby providing an effect of providing environment-friendly flocculant at low cost.
