abstract | The present invention relates to a powder composition containing medium-chain fatty acids. More specifically, the present invention relates to a creamer powder composition containing medium-chain fatty acids which are quickly broken down to be used as an energy source without being accumulated in muscle, adipose tissues, and liver, instead of containing palm oil or hydrogenated coconut oil. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof. According to the present invention, the composition is excellent in low-temperature solubility and flavor, compared to existing vegetable creamer powder containing hydrogenated coconut oil or palm oil. In addition, the composition reduces fat accumulation in the body and is stable from oxidation. Thus, the composition can be applied to various formulation such as weight-control foods, patient foods, and baby foods. |
