The present invention relates to a method for accurately analyzing the density of nanoparticles by using an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS), which comprises: (1) a step of measuring a reference size of a nanoparticle; (2) a step of measuring a sample size of the nanoparticle measured in the step (1); and (3) a step of calculating density of the nanoparticle. |
