titleOfInvention Method controlling of postharvest disease of pears by combining ionizing radiantion and sodium dichloroisocyanurate and pears produced by the method
abstract The present invention relates to a method for controlling a storable pathogen of pear using the combined treatment of ionized energy and sodium dichloroisocyanurate, which comprises the following steps of: immersing the pear in a sodium dichloroisocyanurate aqueous solution for a fixed period of time; and irradiating the pear with the predetermined amount of radiations. According to the present invention, the method can maximize the inhibitory effects of the pathogen generated after harvesting the pear, while minimizing the quality change of the pear, therethrough enhancing the storage of the pear.
