abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing an antibacterial food packing material for blocking ultraviolet rays and capable of preventing greening occurring when a potato is stored or distributed. More specifically, the method comprises the steps of: obtaining a film solution by adding and dissolving a biopolymer, a plasticizer, a UV blocking agent made of nanometal or plant extract which is a natural material, and an antibacterial agent in a solvent; producing a film from the film solution; and applying a nanocomposite film to potato greening-preventing packaging. According to the present invention, an environmentally-friendly bionanocomposite food packing film having excellent UV blocking properties with maintained transparency and ensured antibacterial and antioxidant properties can be provided. |
