A processed food of the present invention has high contents of dietary fibers and amino acids, and exhibits effects in increasing the inhibition of enzymatic activities of tyrosinase associated with the generation of freckles as an obstacle of skin whitening, and the inhibitory activities of collagenase for inhibiting the collagen generation associated with skin elasticity. The present invention relates to the manufacture of a processed food having oats as a raw material, which comprises a fermentation process, a seeding process, an enzyme process, and the like. |
