titleOfInvention | The composition for bio-wallpapers |
abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for manufacturing bio-wallpaper. The composition is comprised of: 8 to 12 wt% of starch; 3 to 7 wt% of pulp; 17 to 23 wt% of titanium dioxide; 5 to 9 wt% of a viscosity controlling agent; 12 to 18 wt% of organic polymer; 5 to 9 wt% of a flame retardant agent; 0.5 to 1.5 wt% of a far-infrared radiation additive; and 42 to 48 wt% of water. The viscosity controlling agent is selected from seaweed powder or dimethyl cyclo polysiloxane. The flame retardant agent is selected from a group comprised of metal hydroxide, a halogen-based flame retardant agent, a phosphorus-based flame retardant agent, and an antimony-based flame retardant agent. The far-infrared radiation additive is one of any or a mixture of more than two of any loess, jade, ceramic, germanium, charcoal, seaweed coal, tourmaline powder. The bio-wallpaper manufactured by using the composition according to the present invention has characteristics of adsorbing and removing toxic gases and odors in the air like a far-infrared radiation material and excreting strong anions. Furthermore, the bio-wallpaper has effects of: being effective in relieving fatigue as the wallpaper promotes smooth blood circulation and facilitates metabolism of the body; promoting the vital function of the body as the anions operates to facilitate discharge of toxic materials through skin pores and vitalization of skin; and improving the health as a dry and wet process of the wallpaper maintains an optimal humidity to help users maintain proper body temperature. |
