titleOfInvention Manufacture of livestock feed which uses the residue of bean curd
abstract In the present invention, the byproducts generated during the food processing process are insolubilized components such as protein, hemicellulose and cellulose, so that when the feed is directly fed to the livestock feed, the nutrient source is mostly not absorbed, It is an invention to obtain an additive for livestock feed by mixing fermentation process with sludge (byproduct) generated during food processing process by using microorganism fermentation liquid obtained from natural plant by special process and mixing with existing feed ingredient. The livestock feed provided herein may include a first step of obtaining a basic mixed raw material by mixing 50 to 80 parts by weight of feed ingredients selected from rice bran or cornstarch and 20 to 50 parts by weight of by- A second step of adding 10 to 50 parts by weight of the microorganism fermentation broth to 100 parts by weight of the basic raw material obtained in Step 1 and fermenting the fermentation product in the range of 12 to 48 hours and the fermentation product obtained through the second step, wt.% of the feed additive. The present invention provides a feed additive that is not deteriorated after being commercialized as a feed.
