abstract Disclosed are a temperature control apparatus which can heat and cool a semiconductor device without moving the semiconductor device, and a tester having the same. The temperature control apparatus comprises: a thermoelectric module; and a current control module having an H-bridge circuit for providing forward direction or reverse direction current to the thermoelectric module, and a current control circuit for controlling a size of the current outputted to the thermoelectric module from the H-bridge circuit according to a current signal detected in the H-bridge circuit.
