titleOfInvention Dyeing method of wood fiber using natural dyes
abstract The present invention relates to a natural dye-based wood fiber dyeing method. According to the present invention, a wood fiber produced by means of wood grinding and defibration is dyed with a vegetable-extracted natural dye without a chemical mordant being used at all and the resultant naturally-dyed wood fiber is used in the production of a wooden plate-shaped product having various colors and a uniform dyeing concentration with volatile organic compounds harmful to the human body and released when a chemical dye or paint is used for the dyeing prevented from the beginning. The natural dye-based wood fiber dyeing method according to the present invention, which is a method for dyeing a wood fiber obtained by wood being ground in a predetermined size and being subjected to defibration, includes: a step in which a plant having a pigment is put into water for the pigment to be squeezed out; a step in which a the wood fiber is put into the pigment-squeezed water and dyeing is performed based on massaging for a predetermined period of time at a room temperature and at a bath ratio of 46 to 60:1; a step in which the dyed wood fiber is dehydrated in a dehydrator; and a step in which the dehydrated wood fiber is naturally dried.
