titleOfInvention High capacitance capacitor electrode, capacitor including the same and stacked capacitor including the same
abstract The present invention relates to a high capacitance capacitor and a capacitor and a stacked capacitor including the same. The capacitor electrode of the present invention comprises: a current collector substrate; a metal oxide nanostructure located on an upper side of the current collector and a lower side of the current collector; and a conductive polymer layer coated on a surface of the metal oxide nanostructure. According to the present invention, a metal oxide having a higher theoretical capacity than carbon is used as electrode materials and the conductive polymer is coated on the metal oxide to improve conductivity. Moreover, an electrode with a double capacity per unit area may be provided when the metal oxide nanostructure is grown on the current collector substrate in one direction of the current collector substrate in comparison with the case where the metal oxide nanostructure is grown on the current collector substrate in one direction of the current collector substrate.
